physical therapist . Dad. runner

I became a physical therapist because I thought it would be pretty cool to teach people how to move and exercise for a living. My specialty area is treating strength athletes and runners. Recently I’ve taken an interest in objective testing for performance and often use the VALD force decks to assess strength, power, and symmetry to set goals with my patients.

A note from dr jason

My mission as a physical therapist is to help others understand their situation and their body’s better.

With understanding we can have clarity, hope, and optimism. Whether you are dealing with acute low back pain from lifting, that nagging shoulder injury that keeps popping up, or even uncertainty in your rehab journey- I am here to provide understanding. I believe that you are capable of running that race or setting that PR at the gym or simply just move freely and without pain.

Along the way, I’ve gained clinical experience in a variety of settings including hospitals, orthopedic clinics, and even in the patient’s homes! I am committed to a collaborative approach between the physical therapist and the patient. I aim to promote autonomy with those I work with in order to provide them with the tools necessary to continue engaging in the activities that are meaningful to them.

I look forward to helping you find clarity and show you how incredibly resilient your body is!
