Try Dr. Stephanie’s Daily Morning Stretch

Sharing my daily morning flow with you. This is a 2-3 minute commitment to combat the 8-10 hours (probably more!) that we spend sitting at computers or curled up watching TV.

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy! We need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in your joints. Without it, the muscles could become stiff and tight (and that’s not comfortable!) .

When you need to use your muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend the their full potential. This could cause injury, which of course we don’t want.

Make sure to keep these 3 daily stretches in your daily routine to maintain a consistent range of motion!
