3 Resistance Band Exercises To Try At Home

Starting position - Stagger your feet, rib cage down, belly button drawn in. Abs tight!

▪️Chest Press: Hands start at chest height, press forward and together.

▪️Pec Fly: Elbows slightly bent, press forward and together. Key here is to stop when your elbows are in line with your body NOT behind! .

▪️Overhead Y-Drill: Imagine your arms are between two panes of glass. Hand press overhead to a Y position staying in line with your body.
