Jillian Proniewych, Doctor of Physical Therapy, is an expert in manual therapy who has worked with the Broadway casts of The Band's Visit, Angels in America, Fiddler on the Roof and American Psycho, as well as the hit series Quantico on ABC.
As a former collegiate track and field athlete, she specializes in sports injuries with a focus in manual therapy, vestibular and post-concussion rehabilitation. She is passionate about delivering the highest quality of care; She achieves this by the restoration of high functional movement and sound biomechanics, patient advocacy, and quelling pain.
In addition to practicing physical therapy, Doctor Proniewych has been a teaching assistant in Stony Brook’s Doctorate program and has volunteered hours to Stay Fit – Play Fit!, a fitness program for children battling cancer.
She prides herself on being a lifelong learner and enjoys taking continuing education courses from the Institute of Physical Art, various sports medicine symposiums, and the American Physical Therapy Association.
