In grade school & even through college, the end of the summer meant scheduling a yearly physical and those first intense days of sports conditioning. As an adult, we still tend to binge all summer and lose track of our healthy routines. Let's bring that idea back as adults and create a wellness plan together this Fall.
Come down to House of PT on Sunday, September 16th to create a plan for the Fall Semester. We will have a physical therapist, registered dietician, personal trainer, chiropractor, and more to guide you in each area of wellness planning.
Details about the Hosts:
Dr. Shane, of House of Physical Therapy in the East Village, will address any nagging pain that you may have been putting off or even working through. With a specific focus in the fitness athlete, Stephanie takes pride in planning a quick and smooth transition back to your full fitness capabilities.
Hal Miller, certified personal trainer and owner of Independence Fitness Coaching, will be consulting on workout planning. After completing Yoga Teacher Training, Pilates Certification, and The Russian Kettlebell Challenge, Hal has a great understanding of exercise and how to create a successful plan to meet fitness goals.
Dina R. D’Alessandro, RDN, Founder & Chief Executive Life-changer of DishwithDina will be offering screenings and nutritional counseling. As a qualified Medical Nutritional Counselor, she can also address nutrition for CVD, Diabetes, Kidney Disease, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Food Allergies/Intolerances.
Dr. Cruz, of Cruz Chiropractic and Wellness, will be consulting on posture, neck & back pain, and ergonomic workplace adjustments.
