Dr. Johnny Alexander is a sports chiropractor specializing in myofascial injuries & functional rehabilitation. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at Sacred Heart University in 2009, and went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College, graduating with honors in 2012.

He then spent five years in Baltimore, overseeing patient care as clinic director for two of the most respected sports-medicine practices in Maryland. Born and raised outside of New York City, Dr. Alexander was excited to return home to treat fellow New Yorkers.

At Warrior Chiropractic we evaluate the entire kinetic chain to recognize the cause of the issue, and then properly restore function to the surrounding areas. Dr. Alexander has a passion for working on the sidelines and in the locker room, truly enjoying the challenge of progressing individuals to a higher level of performance. He has had the honor of treating athletes of all levels: CrossFit, NFL, NHL, NCAA, BJJ/MMA fighters, and weekend warriors. He has served as the official chiropractic physician for the Chesapeake Bayhawks major league lacrosse team for three seasons.

Dr. Alexander has been a certified Active Release Technique (A.R.T.) provider for over a decade, and also has extensive training in McKenzie protocols, Graston therapy, Kinesiotaping, and SFMA/FMS.
